This is me!! Day 3 of cramps, day 4 with a headache, and bad diarrhea. I’m 33+4.

This is the same for me, it’s been going for over a week, I’m 34+4 weeks with my third baby. I happened to have an appointment today with my mid wife and she said my cervix has started to thin, so the pains are definitely changing the cervix, but it’s still closed so I have nothing to worry about. This happened for my second baby and she ended up being born via a c section at 41+2 weeks! So it certainly doesn’t mean baby is on their way yet. Drink lots of water, rest often, don’t walk too fast, avoid bending over as much as possible.

I would be seen, definitely sounds like early labor signs...but could be normal too, only God knows in this pregnancy journey , ask & be seen by doctor for confirmation

Deffantly sounds like early labor your body is cleaning itself out and actually contractions feel like period cramps and you got back pain sounds like early labor get the bag ready if you have not

I had diarrhea for one whole day (Monday)  and that night it went onto stomach and back cramps and I woke up with intense stomach and back cramps (Tuesday), which lasted all day, got to the point I could barley walk and then went to the hospital yesterday morning (Wednesday) and they told me It was from dehydration.. Although I drink more than 5 bottles of water everyday and I am still getting the cramps through my stomach and throughout my back..:(
