How to reduce bloating?

I'm really bloated and I have a wedding to attend in saturday!! I need some remedies ladies!! Help! 
Im a smaller gall but for real look like I'm 3 months preggers atm. Want to try and reduce as much as possible before Saturday! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Oh and I'm a CNA so does that count as exercise? Lol jk 😂 I'll do some crunches and lunges I suppose? Maybe squats will Help? Hmmm🤔 I've never had to worry about being bloated before but I don't want to look huge in the pictures lol

Alright. Awesome! Thank you ladies! I'll resist the cravings and I have hott tea instead of coffee every morning anyways lol wish me luck!
