After yet another night of trying to get my baby to sleep in his crib instead of his rock n play I gave up after just 45 minutes. He will initially fall asleep in his crib for about 10 minutes but then he wakes up crying so I go to pick him up (won't stop crying otherwise) and soothe him and lay him back down but he just starts screaming the moment I take my hands off him and I'm not a CIO mommy. Of course after 30 minutes of struggling with the crib when I put him back in his rock n play he goes right to sleep.

I need advice from anyone who has successfully transitioned their baby over. I'm struggling here.
