Uti help

Ik i have a uti because of the symptoms I’m having . I haven’t had help about it and I’ve had the pain for 3 weeks it’s really annoying . I’ve been researching , and there’s really no point of going to the doctors about it because all they’ll do is prescribe you to antibiotics and that’s not good ... so does anyone know anything that will help please ( oh and btw I’m 16 I live w my step mom so it’s hard for me to say anything to her about it
