Ugh... Just ranting

I hate getting BFN I guess another month in store with just more tests and more heartbreak ugh. I know it will happen when it supposed too but dang come on. Anyone feel me on this? This sucks I wish I was prego already.I'm just ranting. Did anyone do anything special or use anything to finally get prego?
