Help I think I’m having a miscarriage

So last month I didn’t get my normal period just a few days of spotting. Last week I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was having symptoms and everything. Now today my period came and it’s the worst pain I ever felt. My back n stomach are in a knot and my legs are going numb I can barely walk. I’m trying to figure out if I’m having a miscarriage
