Never had sores but I did have s allergic reaction to the meds, I started bleeding and ended up being really really sore it was pretty bad, I thought I was having a miscarriage and everything, it was pretty scary

I've had yeast infections like every month when I was ttc because his sperm always threw off my ph , we ttc for 6 months but I never had a sore
