Losing weight
I’ve been stuck at 142-144 weight for almost a year now. It’s not bad for my height, 5’9” but I want to get back to 130 (eventually. I know it won’t happen overnight).
But ever since having my daughter, almost 2 years ago I’ve had a MAJOR sweet tooth. Gets really bad around my period. Never was like that before.
Any ideas on how to curb this craving? Even carbs I crave a ton. I’m lost on where to start with this because I’ve never had his problem before. And I know it’s impacting my workouts and energy levels eating these sugars.
