Hey guys. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately. I never hear voice or noises. But today I feel like I’m hearing almost like musical tones like it’s annoying as fuck. Today I heard the ice cream truck and I thought it was coming from someone’s phone and now I’m hearing similar noises to that? I know nothing is playing, but for some reason my brain and ears keep making out those noises like piano noises or flute type of noises distantly just going as like “do dah dO dah dO” I’m like terrified I have some problem with my ear and I’m going to hear this noise forever? I have no clue what’s like going on and I’m just bugging. I feel like my brain is playing tricks on me and it’s scary because it’s sudden that I think I’m hearing tones or some shit
