Is there anything I should try before Clomid

If I have never had any obvious it to the tea problems, anything I noticed could be linked to my hyperthyroidism, which I’ve now got under control. I’m now TTC and obviously it has not gone as planned and that’s been about a year and I was just wondering if there was anything I could do a request at my gynecologist appointment on Thursday which will be day seven of my cycle to give me something and injection a hormone or something that will make sure I’ll be late this month because it’s been so long and I am giving up hope so fast and it’s always on my mind. Anyone could help it would make my year.
