Help please

Ok so I just got suppppper positive OPKS. So dark the test line was pulling ink from the control lines and got a positive on clearblue digital and positive peak on clearblue advanced. But it’s barley been over 12 hours since my husband and I BD’d and we don’t know if he has a high or low sperm count..everywhere says to BD as soon as you get a positive opk but what if he has a low sperm count and needs time to rejuvenate? Ah any suggestions help
