I’m 25 and i feel like I’m going through puberty again! 🙄
But it’s so red and sore ugh.

I use Rodan and Fields soothe. It’s safe while pregnant. If you’re breaking out the umblemish regimen is what I would recommend, also safe to use :)

I use a charcoal cleanser from Boscia with a clarisonic style face brush. I also make sure I use a toner and good moisturizer on my lazy days because I actually have a pretty long skin routine. Face masks have been super helpful. I have a rose one from Fresh that seems to keep me pretty clear, but some small ones will pop up and then quickly go away.

I had this same problem this week. I went to my doctor and it turns out I have dermatitis. I had to go on antibiotics and use a special ointment on my skin. Within a few days, the dry rash went away. I also had to switch from my La Roche facial cleanser to Cetaphil. Check with your doctor and switch to a face wash that’s more gentle. Hope this helps!

They have face cleaners that are geared toward pregnancy belli is one. I used it with my last pregnancy and it helped manage the break outs

It should subside with the second trimester, but in the meantime, I use relatively gentile soaps and scrubs. Mario Badescu for my daily cleanser and then Yes To Tomatoes for a scrub. Though I’m still breaking out but by bit. Sometimes it’s not avoidable
