Opinions on the Sea-Band Mama???

I throw up everything I eat, I throw up even when I don’t eat. . . I just bought these and am wondering how well they work?? Has anyone else used them??

I have severe nausea and sickness. I tried a lot of the natural usual remedies first including acupressure bands. From what I've seen they give relief to people with standard mild morning sickness but all the natural remedies like ginger and little and often etc go out the window and don't work at all. I still wear the bands every day though for fear it will be worse without them!! 😂 good luck, I feel your pain it's so unpleasant xx

It all depends on what is causing your nausea. That’s why some medications work, and sometimes the wristbands work. If it’s true morning sickness certain things might not work, if your sick from dehydration other things may not work, if you’re nauseous from the wrong kind of foods.... certain things won’t work. People with acid reflux get relief from other types of medication. That’s the problem with morning sickness, everyone calls it morning sickness but few people realize that different things cause it. Until you know what is causing yours, it’s hard to find out what the best solution is.

I was so sick with my daughter I couldn’t even keep water down; I was hospitalized for dehydration. I tried every single trick in the book before medication, but nothing worked except a combo of Zofran and Diclegis. I couldn’t even get out of bed without them. Sea bands were among the first things I tried, they didn’t work for me. But I genuinely hope they help you!!!

They don't seem to work for me, but one of my friends said they worked on her. I hope they work for you! 😊

I used them with my second and third. With my second the worked some I didn’t throw up during the day but I didn’t once or twice a day. With my third they didn’t work at all. I don’t really know if this is kind of like placebo effect like it depends on wether you believe it works or not. Because I was in school with my second and had so much faith it would work so I could get through school and it did. So I’m not sure, sorry I’m probably no help. But they are worth trying!
