PKD and fertility

Ok so I have PKD (polycystic kidney disease), I basically have cyst in my kidneys it's a genetic disease. Out of my siblings and parents my father has and so does my older sister, well I got it more severe than they do. I get kidney infections on the drop of the dime. Anyways I've been trying to conceive for a little over a year, this would be baby #2, my first child starts school next week he is 5. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar expierence and if my kidney disease is playing a part with the reason it's been hard to get pregnant. By the way I'm 24 so I'm young and me and my husband (who is 25) We have intercourse 4-5 times a week. Please share your stories with me I'm losing hope so some encouragement is needed!!
