Is this normal?

Hi everyone so in may i had a miscarriage at 1-2 weeks (clearblue suggestion) and im pregnant again at 2-3 weeks (clearblue again) so im happy i passed that stage but im soooo so scared its going to happen again every little teinge or upset tummy i freak out! Is it normal to have a slight tummy ache in the early stages its not painful just i need a hot water bottle, no bleeding or anything im just wondering if its normal to experience belly aches in the early stages? Thanks!
