So I already have 3 children from my first marriage of 12 years.

I've been with my best friend and partner for just over 2 years now and we have been ttc since June last year. But no luck what so ever.

We have changed his medication, we have plenty of sex and make sure it's around ovulation. But we are so frustrated.

We just want to complete our family.

I have regular cycles and am very fertile. So I can only think that the problem is him ☹.

I'm so worried that he can't have children and that he is gonna take it really badly.

Any tips?

This is new territory for me.
