Feeling horrible and frustrated

I almost 3yo is on a tantrum phase. I understand that he is a toddler and I cant expect him to be all grown up. But I am in my first trimester and he really doesnt let me sit/rest at all. Does not nap....doesn't let me nap. Wants him to be held all the time. Wants me around all the time. I get out of breath sometimes and today I burst into tears thinking of how I will get through this pregnancy. Grandparents are home but they cant be as active to chase him around also...they make minimal effort to distract him. Rather just keep commenting in the background when I am already having a bad time. ...ah
