It's an old wives tale. The sperm gets to where it needs to go in seconds. If stuff leaks out it's semen not sperm. You can get up, go to the bathroom, clean etc right after.

It takes only a matter of seconds for sperm to get up in there. They are fast. There have been some studies done that even suggest getting up and walking around after is better. Something about the way the muscles contract 🤷🏽‍♀️🤰🏽
