Help please

So I have a question. My "period" was 2 days late but I have had very light pink color when I wiped and then had an occasional spotting that was a little more red tint but I haven't had to wear a pad or a tampon or anything and there is nothing on my panties. No cramps like normal and my period for the first 2 days have always been heavy this they have not been at all. Extremely weird. Could I be pregnant? Ask any questions and any advice would be grateful.
