I’ve never been to see anyone for depression so I’ve never taken pills before. My doctor prescribed me Zoloft for depression a few months ago and I haven’t taken them.. I’m too scared to. I don’t want to depend on pills for the rest of my life. I’ve had depression for years and I’m sure I have anxiety but I’m too scared to go see someone about it... and no, I don’t think I need to see a doctor to be diagnosed with anxiety and depression. My mom has both. Guess I’m just wanting to see pros and cons of taking meds..
