Heat rash under my boob.

I was wearing a sports bra the other day and fell asleep while wearing it, I sleep on my stomach so I got fairly hot and sweated where the bra line is under my boobs and now I have a heat rash. It. Hurts. So. Bad. And every time I bend over or do anything it hurts because ya know boobs shifting around and stuff.😂

I was wondering what I could put on it to go away, it’s the first time I’ve had one this bad.😩
