Heartburn & constipated :(
I have been battling heartburn on and off but now it's mixed with constipation. It's been a week since I've had bowel movement ! I'm dying over here .....
Anyone have any safe remedies ? I've tried fiber filled foods . Maybe tums are making me constipated?
