OPK can definitely pick up HCG, but HPT would also be positive if the OPK picked it up. That’s what I heard.

I’m having the same thing happen with OPKS right now, but I heard sometimes you can get a surge before AF so in my case I have a feeling that what it is. But I have heard of OPKs picking up HCG, so its hard to say!! Fingers crossed!!!
