Period after tubal???

I had my tubes tied. About three months ago after having my last baby boy. But since then I haven’t had a normal period. Dr said wait it out and let it regulate. Although I’ve had four children and not a knw of them has messed with my cycle this way. Usually my periods are regular and medium flow for the first two days then spotting. And cramps the first day. Well now I have the pms mood swings and cramps, but nothing more then pink spotting when I wipe, now I am not complaining, just wondering if anyone else went through this??
