Last most I couln’t locate my ovulation, I thought it happened earlier than I started using tests or might didn’t happen at all.

After that my period arrived earlier than usual and it was very light and short and after it ended I started spotting that never happened to me. So I guess my whole body is very off now and absolutely doesn’t work the way it should. Out of curiousity I took a pregnancy test and I can see something very faint that appeared within the 3 minutes mark. In reality it’s more blue than on the pic, but still I’m aware it’s nearly impossible. Do you see anything or it’s an indent?
