So I was having a crazy dream where I was basically being choked out and I remember not being able to breathe normally for about a minute or so and I gasped for air all of a sudden. Later that night I had excruciating pain on my left breast all night. I felt like I almost died in my sleep. I woke up with a little less pain but still scared and thinking about getting a breast screening. What should I do? Btw I’m 5’3 and about 200 lbs so that may explain the not being able to breathe :/
