Several weeks ago, I “had sex” with a guy. Initially, I only agree to made out and do the 3rd base with him without doing intercourse. I made it specifically clear that I don’t want to do a penetrative sex with him. In the middle of the session, he suddenly forced himself on me. He penetrated me without asking first.

I told him to stop, but he kept going until he finished. I was angry at him, but he told me that it wasn’t a big deal.

My question is: can this be categorized as a sexual assault? This incident still haunts me, and I can really use your advice.
