5 weeks but no symptoms

I am exactly 5 weeks today! Last month I had a chemical pregnancy. Started bleeding before 5 weeks. I had 2 blood tests last week and my HcG were increasing as they should.i have my prenatal appointment on Friday. Yesterday I had an ultrasound, I think my doctor wanted to make sure everything is fine. They could see gestational sac but could not measure anything in it. They said that if my cycles were 28 days , they could see something because according to that I would be 5weeks3days yesterday but my cycles are mostly 32 days which made me 4weeks 6days yesterday. I have no nausea and don't really feel anything except for little tenderness in breast and being tired.Do anyone feel the same? Does this all seem normal?
