Help !! My 1 year old daughter

Her dad was changing her and notice something in her lady parts , so I’m like okay something probably in there , I took a wipe and tried to get it out ! But it wouldn’t come out so I get a flash light and it was like a part of her vagina on the inside was poking out ! I’m not sure how to explain it . I don’t wanna post a picture in here so I’m trying to explain it as best as I can ... but inside her hole a piece of vagina it poking out and I never seen that before so I’m kind of scared
