Getting frustrated

So ive taken 6 tests this monyh its month 15 of ttc ive had three faint bfp and 3 bfn (2 were digital) af is due today ive been throwing up been dizzy hungery my hoobs r killing me been super irritable and emotional sex feels different this will b baby number 4 and pregnanvy number 9 so i know how my body feels different i git a bfn this morning and i just dont know what to do
