Teeth brushing

So I brush my teeth every morning (I can’t go on with my day without doing it). However when it comes to at night, the motivation to do them just isn’t there. And I know this is really bad for me. I do brush them some nights but just not all the time. Mainly I guess cause I just wanna get to bed as quickly as possible cause I’m tired.

So I’m just wondering if anyone has any facts about brushing/not brushing your teeth on your health? It’ll give me the motivation to brush them every night!

I have brushed them tonight but my motivation was cause I have to wear my retainers tonight (wear them once a week) and my teeth have to be clean to wear them. And I also used mouthwash and I do love that clean feeling but that isn’t enough to make me wanna brush them every night

So yeah, any facts you know about? Or even stories if you haven’t been a twice-a-day-brusher and what impact that’s had on you!
