So my husband and I have been together for a total of about 3.5 years. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for a good portion of that time. There’s always been little things that he’ll do and try to blame on me or make it seem like it never happened. But today, today he told me he fed our son a pop tart for breakfast, okay great! Well then I get downstairs and there were no pop tarts opened.....he’s swearing up and down he fed him a pop tart and that I’m crazy and psycho for not believing him.

Are these signs of him being narcissistic or am I completely overthinking this?
