Possible Cancer

So I don’t know where else to post this because I’m trying not to worry my friends/family too much. I injured my knee last week at a Jiu Jitsu tournament and my orthopedic doctor suggested an MRI because he was concerned about MCL/ACL and meniscus tears. Turns out it’s just an MCL sprain. But he said this morning when he called that they also noticed a 2cm x 3cm mass on my tibia. He wants me to go see an oncologist right away because he’s very concerned by it and thinks it might be cancer. I’m trying to stay away from google and not freak out but really just needed to vent somewhere.
