HAVE to massage while pumping.

My baby is in the NICU and has to use a feeding tube so I exclusively pump well. I was pumping an ounce or two between both breast a pumping session. I was also only pumping 5 times a day and had mastitis. Well my lactation consultant told me to up my sessions to 8 and I have and I’ve began pumping 3ML per breast a session. And I’ve drank water aglore and I’ve began taking fenugreek and I drink mothers milk 6 times a day and I eat and sleep plenty. So after a few days of my supply continuously dropping I lessened how often I pumped and my supply still continued to decrease over the days. So now we’re to the point I get maybe a total of 6 ML a session I’m pumping 8 times a day I lean forward and I HAVE to massage my breast hard in order to get any milk out. I don’t have sore nipples or mastitis or anything my breast are just fine but nothing is bringing my supply up and it continues to drop at this rate I won’t be able to feed my baby. What do I do ladies. Please help. I’m afraid I’m going to dry up.
