What do you do with your pump when your done??

When your child has outgrown breastfeeding what do you do with the pump.  I never see pumps for sale so I  don't think people  sell or give them away. I don't know this is my 1st pregnancy so all these things are new to me sorry if it's a stupid question.

Most pumps are only approved for a single user, which is probably why people don’t sell them or give them away. I plan on just keeping mine in case I decide to have another baby.

You can recycle them - visit the website of the brand you have. Otherwise I’m betting a woman’s shelter may take it. 
With insurance you get a new one for each new pregnancy, there’s that little nugget of into in case you need one in the future.

Most are only meant for one person. Someone might want the actual pump but not the accessories like valves, shields/flanges etc.

I bought an extra one to leave st work on Facebook marketplace for $20 Just the motor not the phalanges or tubing etc

Actually people are selling used pumps all over Craigslist, amazon, ebay and apps by the hoards. The thing is that, as long as the pump motor worked the last time you used it, boiling parts like flanges, tubes, bottles is easy, or just ordering/buying in-store is easy to replace.
