My suspected period is 8 days away. I can hardly wait 😭 do you think it’s still too soon to test in the morning?

Yes wait! With my first child I had a positive at 9 dpo. But with my second child and now this baby I’m currently pregnant with I didn’t have BFPs until 12-13 dpo. So definitely wait until at least 11-13 dpo since if you are indeed pregnant you want to give the HCG time to double. Babies implant anywhere from 6-12 dpo with 9 dpo being most common. It takes HCG 48 hours to double in a healthy pregnancy. So if baby implants on day 9 it wouldn’t be until 11-12 dpo that you would register positive on a pregnancy test. I hope this helps!
