Paranoid?

If I go by my last period which was June 20th I would be 5+4 days pregnant. I took a clear blue test today and it only says 2-3 weeks since ovulation. I'm getting paranoid because I've had miscarriages in the past and just recently. I've had no spotting or bleeding just mild cramping and tender breasts. Am I being too paranoid? I just don't want it all to go wrong :(
