Rectal bleeding

I know this is tmi. But every once in a while when I have a bm I notice bright red bleeding when I wipe. I’ve been super constipated and with my daughter I got hemmoroids so I’m just wondering if they may be flaring up again. I know for sure it wasn’t from my vagina (I freaked out and checked) but is this normal?
