Worried sick!! Help please!!

I’m 10wks and 4 days and since 6 weeks pregnant or had the worst morning sickness to the point I didn’t drink for three days. It’s got a lot better now thank god but now I have little symptoms I can’t stop thinking something wrong? I’ve had three scans already due to light spotting, So I know everything was ok just can’t stop worrying 😢
