I used to, I used to have a horrible habit to the point where my nails looked awful. I had to do a lab for bio one day which involved looking at our nails under a microscope. Completely turned me off of nail bitting haha

I don’t do it when i’m nervous like most people, I do it when I am thinking about something. Like when I’m taking a test or when I’m lost in thought.
