Anyone else paranoid?

I’m 7 weeks and I can’t shake the idea of ectopic even tho I’ve had no spotting knock wood I’ve had some cramping but that’s normal my upper back and neck always hurt but it’s more like tension waiting for the first scan is killing me I’m SUPER paranoid anyone else ?

I didn’t even know about it until being on this app and seeing it. It scared me so much when I found out I was pregnant because from 3 to 5 weeks I had pain where my left ovary was. I kept telling my husband I hope it’s not ectopic and googled every symptom 🤦‍♀️ had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and was so relieved to see a tiny baby in the sac. I know it’s so hard to worry but I just kept telling myself worrying won’t change the outcome. Just enjoy every second of being pregnant and know you actually created another human (whether ectopic or not). I wish you the best of luck! ♥️

I was paranoid about an ectopic before my first appt, had my first appt and everything was looking good. Now I’m paranoid leading up to my 2nd appt this week about a missed miscarriage bc my symptoms have seem to gotten a little better. 🤯

Anyone else paranoid?
