SPD PAIN

I have severe pain in my vagina that’s been going on for a month now but it’s gotten worse the past three days. I can’t walk, or roll over in bed or lift my leg without tearing up. I’m going to call my doctor ASAP in the morning because I can’t wait for my appointment in 4 more days. What will they say? It hurts so bad I keep on crying. I want this baby out NOW. I feel really sick to my stomach when I feel the pain like I’m going to throw up everywhere.
