Recurrent cysts

I undergone a surgery back in 2010 to remove a 6cms old blood cyct that was on my right ovary.i was single then and not ttc.I am diagonized with 2 old blood cycts 6 cms on my left ovary and another 5 cms on my right.is it ok to undergo another laparoscopy?i heard that it is not safe to repeat it.i want to get pregnant but those cysts are making it difficult. Any input is appreciated. Thank u all
