I am 7w3d and was wondering if this is a sign of a miscarriage? I still having symptoms like big boobs and dark and sore nipples and cramping and gas HOWEVER I just feeling pregnant and I feel like something is wrong. ALSO TMI I went to bathroom and when I wiped my bottom green snot looking stuff was on the toilet paper

This is my first pregnancy so I’m just not sure and I’ve never experienced a miscarriage before I went for my first scan at 5w3d & the baby had a heart beat of 95 BPM

I go back to the doctor on the 17th thanks in advance! Any advice is welcome.
