Friday I started the Keto diet and Friday evening and all day Saturday I got major liquid diarrhea. Sunday I didn’t have much diarrhea. Today I woke up feeling nauseous and am vomiting 🤮. I did have unprotected sex last Thursday but Friday morning I took a plan b pill. I think I have the Keto flu. According to my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> app which is pretty accurate +/- a couple of days I should start my period in about 10 days. Anyone have thoughts 💭??
