Pregnant or AF???

Currently on day 39 of this cycle 😩

My last cycle was 43 days.... two months off birth control, my lap was in December, TTC. My last cycle I started 10 days after I ovulated. I’m 12 days DPO today. I’ve been cramping on and off for the past few days. Usually if it’s AF the cramps are constant escalating to bleeding. However, I’ve cramped and then it completely stops. My cervix is soft & my discharge is still white a creamy. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I’m lightheaded & SUPER EXHAUSTED. Possible pregnancy? Or just AF??? HELP!
