Best double stroller/travel systems?

I know this has been asked before, but I'd still like more feedback on the best double strollers out there. I feel like a lot of double strollers advertise how great they are for a toddler plus newborn, but I'm wondering what's most efficient, comfortable, and safe for twins. I also am really hoping to pay less than $300 or so. I wanted to go get my hands on some in stores, but I'm already on modified bedrest at 20 weeks, so I don't think that's going to happen.
