Cramping at 6 weeks

I have had on and off cramps since finding out I was pregnant. Not sharp or miscarriage like (I have had 3). Anyway I cant tell if it’s bladder, bowel or womb related. My bowel movement isn’t as frequent as it used to be. Am I just being paranoid? Sorry I have had 3 miscarriages so panicking x
