Ok this picture is kind of crazy, and if its hard to see the 4D picture I tried to explain where things were. Anyway, I see one thing protruding inbetween the legs right next to what looks like the umbilical cord. My question is, do buttholes protrude outward at first? Bc it looks more like a butthole than it does a penis. Thanks for any input, again I know this picture is crazy!
