Question???

Question

I just recently bought the hypnobirthing book and it came with a cd. The cd only has two tracks on it. Are these the only two I need it do I need to purchase more? If I need to purchase more which ones do I need? Thanks

I did the Hypnobirthing course using the mongan method book.  In addition to the CD our course came with a cd/download card of "rainbow relaxation".  The cd that came with the book has a relaxation track and a parents bondig with baby track.  The rainbow relaxation download came with the rainbow relaxation (slightly more useful in my opinion than the simple relaxation on the books cd) and a track of affirmations.  The affirmations (at least to me) have been the most helpful.  I haven't had my baby yet, but I plan to use mostly the affirmations because they seem to help me relax and calm the most.

I don't know much about Hypnobirthing. It's not the same program as Hypnobabies, which is what this group is. I would assume the book would help. It's called The Mongan Method.
